Authors Guidelines for Journal Manuscript

Manuscript Preparation

Manuscript should be typed in MS Word Times New Roman 12 font size with double spacing, leaving wide margin on both sides and with line numbers on one side. The Manuscript should be prepared strictly as per the following guidelines.

  1. Use standard symbols of Units conforming to the International System of Units (SI).
  2. Tables should be typed in Microsoft-Word Table format.
  3. Figures (illustrations, graphs, histograms, photographs, etc.) should be prepared in quality art work for direct photo-reproduction. Photographs should be sharp and contrasted. Figures must be submitted in: JPEG or TIFF or EPS format. Legends for figures should be given below the figures.
  4. You must have appropriate written permission to reproduce previously published figures and tables.

Title Page

The title page should include:

  1. A concise and informative title.
  2. The name(s) of the author(s).
  3. The affiliation(s) and address(es) of the author(s.
  4. The e-mail address, telephone, and fax numbers of the corresponding author.

Abstract

  1. A concise and factual abstract is required (maximum length 300 words).
  2. The abstract should state briefly the purpose of the research, the principal results, and major conclusions. An abstract is often presented separately from the article, so it must be able to stand alone. For this reason, References should be avoided, but if essential, then cite the author(s) and year(s).
  3. Also, non-standard or uncommon abbreviations should be avoided, but if essential, they must be defined at their first mention in the abstract itself.
  4. Provide a maximum of 5 keywords, avoiding general and plural terms and multiple concepts.
